The land is owned by a Thai Company & inside a professionally managed high end project situated in the Yamu & Pak Chit area on the eastern slopes of Phuket Island. It is a short 4Km south of the best swimmable Waterfall, gibbon rehabilitation center, & picnic area named Bang Pae Waterfalls.
An owners committee controls the project with all paying owners voting on issues which is nice to deal with & responsive. There are yearly maintenance fees for security & to keep the project at very high standards.
